Related California has announced the debut of three luxury apartment models at Mason on Mariposa, a distinctive residential community in the charming neighborhood of Potrero Hill, which includes 299 residences and townhomes.
Mason on Mariposa combines urban living with contemporary design, lush landscaping and first-rate amenities for a modern take on the classic neighborhood home. The three newly completed models present a first look at stunning interiors with styling by the acclaimed design-build firm Marmol Radziner, which brilliantly reflects the vibrancy of the Potrero Hill neighborhood. The building’s first moveins are scheduled for next month.
“We’re pleased to present these beautiful, personality-filled models which feature Related’s signature finishes, along with carefully curated art and furnishings for our first development in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in San Francisco,” said Phoebe Yee, Senior Vice President of Design at Related California.
Each model’s contemporary features include floor-to-ceiling windows, Bosch washers and dryers, expansive closets with customizable Elfa shelving systems, and NEST thermostats. Culinary-inspired open kitchens include a suite of panelized Bosch appliances with marble tiled backsplashes. Bathrooms showcase custom vanities with quartz counter tops and glass-enclosed showers/bathtubs with full-height marble tile.
The studio apartment model embraces a soft color palette, furnishings with natural textures, light wood tones, and linen wall coverings. With a relaxed yet stylish California aesthetic, the studio model perfectly balances a mixture of rich marble and stones with tranquil woods. Features include ample cabinetry in the chef ’s kitchen, a large bathroom vanity with oversized medicine cabinet and an impressive walk-in closet.
The one-bedroom apartment model features deeply saturated tones evoking a warm, serene aesthetic. The living room and master bedroom showcase a modern design with touches of industrialism shown through a leather-wrapped bedframe, textured grey wall coverings, slate blue accent walls and brown leather furniture. Highlights include a chef-inspired kitchen, spacious bathroom and walk-in closet, plus two additional closets for maximum storage.
The two-bedroom apartment model exhibits a sophisticated living space with room for entertaining, work and everything in between. The open L-shaped kitchen with island is complete with Bosch panelized appliances. Highlighted by natural light, the great room’s navyblue velvet sofa is off-set by textured linen wall coverings and white marble coffee table displaying vintage accessories and art books. While the master bedroom suite provides a relaxing oasis, the converted second bedroom den can also serve as a musician’s playroom, study or an inviting guest room.
